Requirements: A two-year college degree or equivalent education/experience preferred; a degree in culinary arts or restaurant management is preferred; one to two years of employment in a related position; thorough knowledge of Food and Beverage/Hospitality practices and procedures; ability to work with and understand financial information and data; basic arithmetic functions; Serv-Safe certification
