Position: Baker – BOH
About: Sprinkles is a renowned bakery known for its delicious cupcakes, cookies, and brownies, located in a bustling and vibrant community. As a Baker at Sprinkles, you will play a crucial role in baking and maintaining the quality of our sweet treats, contributing to the heartwarming experiences we offer to our customers.
Requirements: At least 1 year of previous baking experience or professional baking certification; a passion for the Sprinkles product, brand, and experience; ability to work a changing schedule that can begin between midnight and 3 am; can work effectively under pressure and maintain a consistent pace while adhering to timers; strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately; capable of physical tasks like bending down, reaching up, lifting up to 50 pounds, and standing for extended periods; must be able to remain in a stationary position for much of the shift
