Position: ATTENDANT – VALET
About: The Hard Rock International (USA), Inc. is seeking a Valet Parking Attendant for their establishment. The incumbent in this position will be responsible for safely handling guests’ and patrons’ vehicles to ensure proper parking, securing, and handling of keys, as well as courteously and efficiently providing parking tickets and/or receipts and collecting parking fees from patrons at Valet/Coat Check window and lot locations.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; skills typically acquired through two months of on-the-job training or related experience; must obtain and maintain all licenses/certifications per Federal, State, and Illinois Gaming Commission; successfully pass background check and drug screening; at least eighteen (18) years of age; good driving record with no more than 3 points within the last 48 months; ability to work holidays, weekends, and flexible shifts; tolerant of moderate to severe weather conditions; knowledge of excellent customer service skills, basic math skills, and 10-Key calculator; ability to work varying shifts, communicate effectively, remain calm in a fast-paced atmosphere, project a professional appearance, handle various car makes and models, address stressful situations with guests tactfully, and perform physical tasks such as walking, running, stooping, and bending for extended periods.
