Position: Associate Events Coordinator – Seasonal
About: Carowinds, a popular amusement park, is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their associate events team. As part of the team, you will be responsible for planning and hosting events exclusively for associates, ensuring staff and materials are prepared, maintaining relationships with departments, managing event communication, and evaluating event success for future improvements.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; prior theme park or service industry experience a plus; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software; strong understanding of event planning practices and techniques; ability to develop and maintain relationships with others; good organizational and time management skills; availability to work some weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays
