Position: Associate Director of Catering – Commission (Luxor)
About: The Associate Director of Catering – Commission at MGM Resorts International provides strategic direction and hands-on leadership for luxury meeting and event operations, specializing in catering, group dining, hospitalities, and weddings. The role focuses on strategic planning, financial performance, and staff development to ensure catering services’ success and maintain the property’s competitive edge in the market.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; at least four years of experience in Catering, Conventions, or Banquets, preferably in a luxury resort setting; skilled in budget development, staff planning, and equipment procurement, with expert knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service, including menu development; adaptable to a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a proven ability to lead teams, drive revenue, and enhance guest experiences in a high-paced, luxury hospitality environment
