Position: Assistant Store Manager (Hiring Immediately)
About: NAPA is seeking a passionate Assistant Store Manager to utilize automotive and customer service expertise with both wholesale and retail customers, lead a team, and drive NAPA to be a dominant parts supplier in the market.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school courses or degree completion; experience in the automotive after-market service industry or willingness to learn; passion for delivering customer care and building relationships; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; knowledge of cataloging and/or inventory management systems; ability to lift 60lbs; preference for background in automotive industry, parts store experience, and customer-centric approach; ASE Certifications; NAPA Know How
