Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager job
About: Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center, located at 2800 Opryland Drive in Nashville, Tennessee, is seeking an Entry Level Restaurant/Bar and Room Service Manager to assist in daily operations, including menu planning, maintaining sanitation standards, supervising staff, ensuring guest and employee satisfaction, and managing operating budgets.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 3 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area. OR 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 1 year experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area. Ability to handle employee questions and concerns, monitor performance, provide feedback, supervise daily operations, ensure compliance with standards, and meet budgeted goals.
