Position: Assistant Project Manager/Food Service
About: The company is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to oversee dining facilities and ensure contract compliance in a cafeteria-style or multi-entrée operations environment. The ideal candidate will have experience managing cleaning and sanitation services, possess relevant certifications, and demonstrate strong competency in managing food services and resources effectively.
Requirements: Three years’ experience in managing cleaning and sanitation services in a cafeteria-style or multi-entrée operations, with at least two years at the assistant manager or supervisor level; Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in food management may substitute for management experience; Three to five years’ experience in Military food service considered as management experience; Related food service/quality control experience preferred; Sanitation and Food Safety certification within the past four years; Demonstrated knowledge and competency in managing food services, labor, budget, and resources
