Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent; leadership experience required, preferably in a food service environment; flexible availability including all shifts, weekends, and holidays; ability to work 35-40 hours per week; experience in staff selection, training, and performance management; proficiency in managing expenses and scheduling labor; familiarity with store operations and food service; proven skills in customer service, relationship building, communication, and training; Serve Safe Certification; willingness to relocate as needed preferred
