Position: Assistant General Manager

Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent; leadership experience required, preferably in a food service environment; flexible availability including all shifts, weekends, and holidays; ability to work 35-40 hours per week; experience in staff selection, training, and performance management; familiarity with sales building, labor allocation, expenses management; proficient in all aspects of store operations, including foodservice; proven ability in implementing change and achieving results; Serve Safe Certification; exceptional customer service, relationship building, communication, and training skills; willingness to relocate as needed preferred.
