Position: Assistant Events Manager
About: Fontainebleau Las Vegas is seeking an Events Assistant Manager to contribute to the creation and delivery of world-class catering and event experiences at their prestigious venue.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field; minimum of one (1) year of luxury, large-scale hotel experience; Delphi and Amadeus Diagramming experience preferred; basic knowledge of catered food and beverage menus; ability to work under pressure and manage stressful situations; proficient in Microsoft application tools; Title 26 knowledge required; proven presentation skills and strong attention to detail; ability to provide leadership and direction; excellent communication and customer service skills; flexibility to work nights and weekends.
