Position: Assistant Entertainment Manager
About: Candidates will join a dynamic entertainment company seeking a Program Assistant Entertainment Manager to provide support, direction, and assistance to the program team and talent. This position will oversee and manage the talent and day-to-day operations to ensure optimal performance levels and positive guest experiences. Collaboration with clients and partners to maintain program quality and enforce policies and procedures is essential for success in this role.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous management experience in the entertainment business, preferably with at least 3 years; excellent leadership and organizational skills; ability to multitask and communicate effectively both in writing and verbally; availability to work daytime hours and holidays; strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment; background in entertainment, stage and production, or events is a plus
