Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; strong command of the English language; range of cooking techniques including roasting, broiling, sautéing, frying, grilling, pastry baking, and sauce creation; ability to upscale recipes for varying guest counts; perfection in food presentation and taste; culinary school degree or equivalent training; minimum one year experience in high-volume kitchens on cruise ships, hotels, or fast-paced restaurants
