Position: Artisan Restaurant General Manager

Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area. OR 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years experience in the food and beverage industry. Strong leadership and management skills; understanding of financial operations in a restaurant setting; ability to maintain service and sanitation standards; knowledge of local laws and regulations regarding food and beverage service.
