Position: Apprentice, Facilities Manager

Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university preferred; Facilities experience in either the Specialist or Manager role; Knowledge of and ability to perform the Facilities Specialist job; Strong supervisory and organizational skills; Ability to identify top performers, empower teams, develop leaders, and ensure high standards; Thorough knowledge of Chipotle culture with a high level of Ownership mentality; Proficiency in using common programs such as Excel, Word, and Reporting Services on a PC; Occasional travel may be required; P-Card Excellence Rating of 2 or better, with minimal inventory variances; Approval from Regional Director/Training Director for mentoring/leadership abilities within the region; Minimum 85% average Ownership within assigned restaurants
