Position: Administrative Assistant/Receptionist
About: Dimeo Construction Company is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to represent the company’s first impression when interfacing with clients, owners, subcontractors, vendors, industry partners, and general visitors. This role requires a high level of poise, professionalism, organizational and communication skills, exceptional customer service acumen, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and requests efficiently. The position involves providing front desk coverage between 8am – 5pm, welcoming guests, assisting clients/visitors, managing phone calls, processing mail, inventorying office supplies, coordinating meetings, maintaining cleanliness, managing orders, supporting the Safety Team, and handling corporate travel arrangements.
Requirements: Minimum 5 years of administrative experience; strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 products with a focus on Excel; business professional attire required
