Job Requirements

  • Availability to work 40 hours per week between 4 pm and midnight
  • full availability during October, November, and December
  • ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and bend for up to 8 hours
  • capacity for repetitive hand and finger movements
  • prior baking experience or culinary training preferred but not required
  • commitment to a career in baking

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • passion for baking as a long-term career
  • ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • willingness to learn and accept training
  • physical stamina for active, repetitive tasks
  • attention to detail
  • strong team collaboration skills

Job Duties

  • Measuring ingredients to prepare pastries
  • packaging and labeling baked goods
  • weighing batter into pans
  • washing and chopping fruit for pies
  • rolling dough for cinnamon rolls
  • sorting croissants for wholesale customers
  • collaborating with team members to ensure quality and efficiency
