Job Requirements
- Full-time availability
- Able to work 8-hour shifts between 3am and 11am
- Weekend and holiday availability required
- Must have ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly
- Able to stand, lift, and bend for entire shift
- Comfortable with repetitive physical activity
- Ready to work full availability during October, November, and December
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients
- Willingness to learn bread mixing and shaping techniques
- Ability to work early morning shifts
- Good physical stamina for standing and lifting
- Team-oriented mindset
Job Duties
- Mix dough accurately according to recipes
- Read and follow verbal and written instructions
- Measure ingredients precisely using digital scales
- Hand-shape multiple types of dough
- Collaborate effectively with teammates
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow physical safety procedures for lifting and repetitive motions
