Job Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- high school graduate or equivalent
- knowledge of sports
- one or more years of experience working with children
- strong customer service skills, responding to multiple questions via phone, email and in person
- ability to problem solve and resolve conflict
- strong computer skills and experience working with word processing, spreadsheet, and database software
- knowledge of standard office equipment, such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems
- current state approved first-aid certification
- current state approved infant/child (or community if school aged) CPR certification

Job Duties
- assist in the delivery of culturally relevant and developmentally appropriate activities for assigned youth sports programs
- provide guidance, leadership and direction to youth sports instructors, referees and volunteers
- professionally engage with parents/guardians to provide pertinent information about their child's experience and promote upcoming programs
- ensure that supplies are clean and safe, set up and stored properly
- report equipment problems to supervisor
- attend staff meetings and trainings as required
