Job Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Knowledge of sports
- One or more years of experience working with children
- Strong customer service skills, responding to multiple questions via phone, email and in person
- Ability to problem solve and resolve conflict
- Strong computer skills and experience working with word processing, spreadsheet, and database software
- Knowledge of standard office equipment, such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems
- Current state approved first-aid certification
- Current state approved infant/child or community CPR certification

Job Duties
- Assist in delivery of culturally relevant and developmentally appropriate youth sports activities
- Provide guidance and leadership to youth sports instructors, referees, and volunteers
- Engage professionally with parents and guardians to communicate about their child’s experience and upcoming programs
- Ensure supplies and equipment are clean, safe, properly set up, and stored
- Report equipment problems to supervisor
- Attend staff meetings and trainings as required
