Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Milton Hershey School (MHS) is renowned for providing an exceptional career-focused education in a supportive environment to students from pre-K through 12th grade from disadvantaged backgrounds. Founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, the school covers all costs for students, including housing and meals, thanks to its full endowment. MHS is currently seeking married couples to join as flex houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes to guide and nurture a group of approximately 8-12 students.
