Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a renowned private institution offering pre-K through 12th-grade education to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. MHS is currently seeking married couples to join as flex houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes to provide guidance and support to groups of 8-12 students, establishing a family-like environment and fulfilling various responsibilities such as transportation, medication administration, budgeting, and reporting.
