The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Greater Triad is a well-established nonprofit organization dedicated to providing a safe, supportive, and enriching environment for youth in the High Point and Asheboro, North Carolina areas. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service, youth programming, or related field is highly desirable
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of safety and security protocols in a youth setting

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Some college coursework in child development, education, or related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service, youth programming, or a related field is highly desirable
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact positively with children, parents, and staff
  • Knowledge of safety and security protocols in a youth setting

Job Duties

  • Greet members, families, and visitors warmly and assist them in a friendly and professional manner
  • Address inquiries and provide information regarding programs and services offered
  • Manage the check-in and check-out process for youth members
  • Ensure that only authorized individuals are permitted to sign youth out and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks, including maintaining attendance records and communicating important information to families regarding schedules and events
  • Monitor the lobby area to ensure the safety and well-being of all members
  • Handle any concerns from parents or guardians related to their children’s safety and welfare
  • Foster positive relationships with youth members
  • May occasionally be asked to participate in and assist with various club activities and programs, promoting youth development and engagement
