The Extended Brands Store Manager role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation and financial success of assigned store locations. Responsible for overseeing daily store functions, this position requires a proactive leader who can manage all aspects of store operations while upholding company standards and delivering outstanding guest service. The Store Manager will be tasked with meeting key performance metrics such as same store sales increase, controlling food and labor costs, maximizing net profit, and ensuring excellent guest feedback. This role also involves facilitating staff development, maintaining safety and cleanliness standards, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

As a non-exempt position, the Store Manager will work various shifts including days and nights from Monday through Sunday, with an hourly salary ranging from $16 to $20. The ideal candidate will bring at least two years of experience managing a quick-service restaurant, a thorough understanding of restaurant operations and accounting, and proficiency in essential software like MS Office Word and Excel. Certification such as ServSafe or its equivalent is also required.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing QSR restaurant

Job Duties

  • Manages and oversees the entire restaurant operation
  • delivers superior guest service and ensures guest satisfaction
  • assists in the development of the business and brand
  • controls store operational cost including food and labor
  • ensures all associates adhere to company standards, policies, and procedures
  • coordinates and communicates assignments throughout shift
  • coordinates training, coaching, and development of associates
  • acts as the role model for outstanding customer service and associate standards
  • ensures cleanliness, health, security, and safety standards are always maintained
  • maintains building, machines, and store operating equipment and schedules preventive maintenance
  • maintains and creates reports and records based on company standards and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • maintains a cooperative and interactive relationship with the corporate office
