Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a line cook or prep cook in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen sanitation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong time management and organizational skills
Job Qualifications
- Proficiency in food preparation techniques and culinary skills, including knife skills
- Experience with a fryolator/fry station
- Experience working in a restaurant hot line or catering environment is preferred
- Knowledge of menu planning, food handling, and safety regulations
