Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or vocational training
- Minimum of two years of experience in food and beverage operations
- Experience in luxury and/or private resort club environments
- Proficiency in front-of-house operations, purchasing, sanitation and health code compliance
- Knowledge of company policies and procedures
- Personnel management skills
- Staff scheduling and training abilities

Job Duties
- Ensure that each member and guest receives outstanding service in a friendly environment
- Greet and acknowledge every member and guest
- Maintain outstanding service standards and solid product knowledge
- Guarantee total member satisfaction and display hospitality and professionalism at all times
- Represent Yellowstone Club professionally with members and guests
- Ensure all transactions are handled legally and ethically
- Understand and apply all property safety and security procedures
- Seek medical attention and report accidents or emergencies to management
- Assist in managing daily operations of the assigned restaurant outlet
- Select, develop, and manage performance of food and beverage employees
- Schedule and train staff to meet operational standards
