The Food & Beverage Department at Yellowstone Club plays a vital role in delivering the outstanding service that members and guests have come to expect. Currently, the Club is seeking a Food & Beverage Restaurant Manager for the upcoming summer season. This seasonal role is based in Big Sky, Montana, and is essential in managing the daily operations of an assigned restaurant outlet within the Club. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing a dedicated team, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality service, and maintaining the standards that define the Yellowstone Club experience.

As a Food & Beverage Restaurant Manager, you will be the key driver behind the operational success of the restaurant, from staff selection and training to performance management and daily scheduling. This role demands a strong focus on guest satisfaction, ensuring every member and guest is greeted warmly and served extensively with professionalism and hospitality. Additionally, the Restaurant Manager must display thorough product knowledge and enforce compliance with all company policies, safety protocols, and health code standards. Handled transactions must be legal and ethical, reflecting the Club's commitment to excellence and integrity.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or vocational training
  • Minimum of two years of experience in food and beverage operations
  • Experience in luxury and/or private resort club environments
  • Proficiency in front-of-house operations, purchasing, sanitation and health code compliance
  • Knowledge of company policies and procedures
  • Personnel management skills
  • Staff scheduling and training abilities

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or vocational training
  • Minimum of two years of work-related skill, knowledge, and experience in food and beverage operations
  • Experience in luxury and/or private resort club environments
  • Proficient in front-of-house daily operations, purchasing, sanitation and health code standards and compliance
  • Knowledge of company policies and procedures
  • Personnel management experience
  • Ability to train and schedule staff effectively

  • Assist in managing daily operations of the assigned restaurant outlet
  • Select, develop, and manage performance of food and beverage employees
  • Schedule and train staff to meet operational standards
