Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience with common construction and industrial tools preferred
- Some experience or training in mechanical equipment repair preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Basic math skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
- Willingness to work indoors and outdoors
- Safety-focused
- Bilingual abilities may be required based on location
- Physical ability to perform bending, squatting, crouching, and reaching tasks
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Station and retrieve equipment on location property
- Maintain a written maintenance schedule
- Service equipment to meet specifications
- Inspect equipment before and after rental periods
- Document lost or damaged equipment
- Communicate effectively with customers
- Perform physical tasks including lifting and outdoor work
