As a Porter / Yard Worker, you will be responsible for the stationing and retrieval of equipment on the company’s property. Duties include maintaining a written maintenance schedule and servicing equipment as needed to ensure it meets required specifications. Additionally, inspecting equipment before and after rental periods is critical to document any lost or damaged items. Physical demands of the role involve bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds or more, and working in both indoor and outdoor environments depending on job requirements.

The position suits candidates with a high school diploma or GED, preferably with some knowledge or experience in handling common construction and industrial tools. A background in mechanical repair is a plus, along with proficiency in basic math skills and effective communication. The role also requires familiarity with Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Excel, and Word.
