Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 months food service experience preferred
- Minimum 6 months hospitality experience with knowledge of food, wine, and spirits
- Must be 21 years or older
- Food handler certification required
- TIPS certification desirable
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to obtain a TWIC
- Experience with a Point of Service (POS) system
- Flexible schedule with availability for day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts

Job Duties
- Attentive service for various products including champagne brunch buffets, cocktail receptions, and plated meal service
- Navigate stairs while carrying trays of food
- Set up, restock, and clean dining rooms during shifts
- Perform all duties efficiently within the allotted time
- Collaborate with vessel operations crew and kitchen team to satisfy guests
- Collect money, make change, and input accurately into POS
- Serve guests promptly and courteously
- Check IDs in accordance with beverage guidelines
- Handle difficult customer service situations diplomatically while maintaining standards and following liquor laws
- Take pride in personal grooming and presentation
- Work well within a team environment
- Share knowledge of products and San Francisco trivia with guests
- Adhere to all safety standards
- Perform additional assigned duties
