Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 months food service experience preferred
- minimum 6 months hospitality experience with knowledge of food, wine, and spirits
- 21 years or older
- Food Handler Certification required
- TIPS certification desirable
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- must be able to obtain a TWIC
- experience with Point of Service (POS) system
- availability for day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- flexible schedule required

Job Duties
- Provide attentive service for various events such as champagne brunch buffet, cocktail receptions, and plated meal service
- navigate stairs while carrying trays of food
- set up, restock, and clean the dining room during each shift
- perform all duties efficiently within allotted time
- collaborate with vessel operations and kitchen teams to satisfy guests
- collect money, make change, and accurately input transactions into POS
- serve guests and fulfill orders quickly and courteously
- verify IDs according to beverage guidelines
- handle difficult customer service situations diplomatically while adhering to liquor laws and company standards
- maintain personal grooming and professional presentation
- work well as part of a team
- share knowledge about products and San Francisco trivia with guests
- adhere to all safety standards
- perform additional assigned duties
