Job Requirements
- minimum 6 months food service experience preferred
- minimum 6 months hospitality experience with knowledge of food, wine, and spirits
- 21 years or older
- food handler certification required
- tips certification desirable
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- must be able to obtain a TWIC and MMC
- experience with a point of service (POS) system
- days, evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts available
- flexible schedule required

Job Duties
- organize and multitask proactively with strong attention to detail
- maintain cleanliness and organization of supply and storage areas
- exercise good judgment and flexibility in changing situations
- collaborate with operations team and back of house staff
- multitask and work at a fast pace while maintaining poise
- set up and break down dining room, prep areas, and equipment
- accurately take and relay food and beverage orders
- demonstrate broad knowledge of fine dining setup and service
- follow established cash handling procedures
- serve food and beverage orders promptly
- check identification for alcohol orders from customers who appear under 30
- maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- assist with vessel preparation and closure
- load and unload food and supplies
- maintain grooming and uniform standards
- ensure a clean and safe work environment
- assist back of house staff in equipment breakdown and yacht cleaning
- attend safety meetings and follow safety and security protocols
- perform additional duties as assigned
