Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 months food service experience preferred
- minimum 6 months hospitality experience with knowledge of food, wine, and spirits
- age 21 years or older
- food handler certification required
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- must be able to obtain TWIC and MMC
- experience with a point of sale (POS) system
- flexible schedule required including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Organize and maintain cleanliness of supply and storage areas
- multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- set up and break down dining rooms, prep areas, and equipment for events
- accurately take and relay food and beverage orders
- demonstrate broad knowledge of fine dining setup and service
- follow cash handling procedures
- serve food and beverages promptly according to established protocols
- check identification for customers ordering alcohol who appear under 30
- maintain punctual and regular attendance
- assist with vessel preparation and closure
- load and unload food and supplies onto boats
- maintain grooming and uniform standards
- ensure a clean and safe work environment per health codes
- assist in breaking down equipment and cleaning the yacht after shifts
- participate in safety meetings
- follow safety and security policies
- perform additional job duties as assigned
