The Team Member position is a frontline role responsible for creating a positive guest experience by delivering courteous, quick, and efficient service. Team Members handle order fulfillment accurately, operate cash registers, and prepare food using the correct tools and procedures to meet quality standards. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or retail preferred
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift 35-50 pounds
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
