Westward Look Wyndham Grand Resort & Spa is an upscale Southwestern resort located on 80 scenic acres in the Sonoran Desert. Job Requirements

  • minimum of 5 years progressive experience in hospitality or relevant college degree with experience
  • proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing
  • strong financial and arithmetic skills
  • supervisory experience preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • ability to stay composed under pressure

  • communicate effectively with guests and staff to resolve issues
  • analyze reports and participate in management meetings
