Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • possess a valid alcohol service certification
  • previous experience in a high-end restaurant or bar-forward setting is preferred
  • exceptional customer service skills
  • knowledge of cocktail and beverage service is an advantage
  • outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to thrive in a high-volume, dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • team player with collaboration skills
  • physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays
  • flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Provide high quality service to guests
  • adhere to all local and national liquor laws
  • mix and serve drinks following set standard recipes
  • greet guests in a timely manner and take orders
  • process cash and credit card transactions following appropriate procedures
  • maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team
  • conduct all tasks with diligence, cleanliness, and safety
  • assist with inventory and inventory control
