Job Requirements
- fully vaccinated for Covid-19
- high school diploma or equivalent
- unencumbered state of Illinois CNA certificate
- CPR certification
- ability to assist with resident care tasks including lifting and repositioning
- willingness to learn and develop wound care skills
- commitment to patient safety and quality care
Job Qualifications

- one year of CNA and/or wound care technician experience preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to work as part of a healthcare team
Job Duties
- assist the treatment nurse and wound care team with delivery of wound care services
- assist with lifting, turning, and repositioning residents during wound care
- observe and report changes in resident condition
- ensure a safe environment for residents
- maintain education and awareness on wound care procedures
- communicate effectively with healthcare team and residents
- document wound care activities accurately
