Job Duties
- Keep the office running smoothly by ordering supplies and managing snacks
- Act as the primary contact for office or building needs, liaising with property management and vendors
- Support new hire desk setups, tech coordination, and seating plans
- Welcome visitors and new hires, providing a helpful onsite presence
- Troubleshoot IT issues by submitting support tickets and coordinating on-site help
- Create and lead employee events such as pop-ups, happy hours, and celebrations
- Maintain budget tracking for people programs and complete monthly expense reports
- Track participation and engagement for events and provide insights for future planning
- Provide light-weight calendar support for leaders as needed
- Own travel booking for GTM teams
- Partner with Global Events Lead to plan and execute company-wide events
