The Workplace Experience Support Manager at RSM plays a critical role in managing the Employee Support Services (ESS) operations and facilities teams across one or more complex office locations within a defined market. This leadership position requires an individual who thrives in a matrix organizational structure and can effectively coordinate a comprehensive range of workplace experience support services, including facilities management, hospitality, and office operations. The manager ensures that the office environment is safe, aesthetically pleasing, and properly maintained to support the well-being and productivity of employees. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily office operations such as visitor management, safety protocols, reception services, and hospitality experiences while adhering strictly to RSM’s corporate policies and workplace experience support playbooks.

This role demands strategic collaboration with ESS team members and firm leadership to optimize operational efficiency and enhance service delivery consistently across locations. The Workplace Experience Support Manager acts as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to office leaders, driving continuous improvements, implementing best practices, and identifying potential cost-saving measures that benefit the office budget. Beyond operational responsibilities, this position provides mentorship and leadership development to supervisors and team members within the location services teams, fostering a high-performing, motivated workforce aligned with RSM's values and goals.

Applicants for the role should expect to work onsite five days a week and will benefit from competitive compensation ranging from $72,100 to $118,800 annually, alongside eligibility for discretionary bonuses based on individual and firm performance. Job Requirements

  • bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of experience in related field
  • 3+ years of management and/or other experience in similar capacity
  • effective organization, prioritization and time management skills, and strong attention to detail
  • demonstrated ability to apply technical/procedures requirements of the position based on knowledge and experience within specialization
  • ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand on your feet for an extended period of time
  • demonstrated ability to attract, lead, motivate and retain a team, including providing guidance and feedback
  • demonstrated ability and mange discussions with office leaders, engagement leaders and line of business leadership
  • there is an expectation that you will work in-office five (5) days per week

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • manage ongoing day-to-day ESS projects and tasks within a specific location(s) ensuring quality of work product and efficient and consistent support service
  • direct and coordinate location services including facilities, hospitality, and office operations for complex or multiple office locations
  • collaborate with ESS team members to ensure adequate office coverage and operational success including building environment, appearance, and safety
  • oversee logistics and planning of events and meetings including internal and external attendees
  • manage delivery of daily office operations including visitor management, safety protocols, hospitality experiences, reception, and facilities management
  • work closely with location services director or manager lead and firm leadership to identify process improvement opportunities and efficiencies
  • provide leadership, supervision, guidance, development, and training to location services supervisors and team members
