The position of Workplace Experience Support Manager at RSM is a pivotal leadership role within the firm, tasked with overseeing the management and operational success of office workplace experience support teams in one or multiple location(s) within a specific market. The manager will lead a team responsible for facilities, hospitality, and office operations, ensuring that the building environment, employee safety, and overall workplace conditions meet the highest standards. This role requires collaboration across a matrix organization to guarantee that the support services, including maintenance of equipment and supplies, visitor management, and event logistics, effectively serve the colleagues and align with firm policies and guidelines.
In this capacity, the Workplace Experience Support Manager works closely with ESS solution set team members and leadership to maintain efficient office operations, evaluating and improving processes and driving strategic initiatives to enhance workplace experience consistently. As an internal subject matter expert, the manager plays an influential role in the creation and evolution of service processes, supporting firm-wide operational excellence. The manager advises office leadership on best practices, helps identify cost-saving opportunities, and acts as a vital resource for ensuring a workplace that fosters productivity and employee satisfaction.
Key responsibilities extend beyond day-to-day operations management to include staff leadership, performance coaching, and development, fostering a collaborative environment that motivates and retains teams. This role imposes a requirement to work in-office five days per week, underscoring the importance of presence and hands-on management. The salary for this role ranges from $72,100 to $118,800, with eligibility for a discretionary bonus based on both firm and individual performance. Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of experience in related field
- 3+ years of management and/or similar experience
- Effective organization and prioritization skills
- Attention to detail
- Applied technical and procedural knowledge
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Experience leading and motivating teams
- Experience engaging with office and business leadership

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage ongoing day-to-day ESS projects and tasks within specific location(s) ensuring quality and consistent support
- Direct and coordinate facilities, hospitality, and office operations for complex or multiple office locations within a market
- Collaborate with ESS solution set team members to ensure office coverage and operational success including maintenance of building environment and employee safety
- Oversee logistics and planning of events and meetings including internal and external attendees
- Manage delivery of daily office workplace experience including visitor management, safety, hospitality, reception, and facilities management
- Work with leadership to identify process improvement opportunities and efficiencies
- Provide leadership, supervision, development, and training to location services supervisors and team members
