Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of experience in related field
  • 3+ years of management and/or similar experience
  • Effective organization and prioritization skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Applied technical and procedural knowledge
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Experience leading and motivating teams
  • Experience engaging with office and business leadership
  • Ability to work in-office five days per week

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years management or relevant leadership experience
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented with demonstrated technical procedure application
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and retain teams
  • Skilled in managing discussions with office, engagement, and business leaders
  • Ability to work onsite five days per week

Job Duties

  • Manage ongoing day-to-day ESS projects and tasks within specific location(s) ensuring quality and consistent support
  • Direct and coordinate facilities, hospitality, and office operations for complex or multiple office locations within a market
  • Collaborate with ESS solution set team members to ensure office coverage and operational success including maintenance of building environment and employee safety
  • Oversee logistics and planning of events and meetings including internal and external attendees
  • Manage delivery of daily office workplace experience including visitor management, safety, hospitality, reception, and facilities management
  • Work with leadership to identify process improvement opportunities and efficiencies
  • Provide leadership, supervision, development, and training to location services supervisors and team members
