Job Duties
- Greet all visitors with warmth and professionalism ensuring a smooth check-in experience and prompt communication with their hosts
- Maintain a polished and welcoming reception area that reflects Braze's high standards
- Deliver best-in-class customer service to employees, clients, partners, and vendors acting as a helpful and approachable point of contact
- Monitor and respond to guest registration and office access tickets with a customer-first mindset
- Assist with badge management supporting the site lead in processing physical badge requests and managing employee access needs
- Balance multiple priorities responding to urgent needs while keeping day-to-day tasks running smoothly
- Support general office requests and workplace questions helping employees get what they need to do their best work
- Play a key role in in-office events from managing access and check-in to assisting with logistics
- Be a flexible team player jumping in to support the Workplace team with ad-hoc tasks PTO coverage and operational needs as they arise
