Job Description

CBRE Group, Inc. is a global leader in commercial real estate services and investment, recognized as a Fortune 500 and S&P 500 company headquartered in Dallas, Texas. With over 140,000 employees worldwide, CBRE serves clients in more than 100 countries, offering comprehensive services through four primary business segments: Advisory, Building Operations & Experience, Project Management, and Real Estate Investments. CBRE is renowned for its dynamic, forward-thinking culture and commitment to integrity, service, respect, and excellence. The company values diverse perspectives and fosters an inclusive environment where every employee can realize their full potential.

The Workplace Experience Coordinator role at CBRE focuses on enhancing tenant and community engagement within office and life science properties. As the programming lead and concierge, this position drives the activation and utilization of amenities through innovative programming, personalized tenant support, and strategic collaborations. The coordinator leverages tools like the Activate app to facilitate tenant interactions and manages various community engagement initiatives including tenant lunch and learns and activations.

This role requires a proactive individual dedicated to delivering exceptional service aligned with CBRE’s RISE values—Respect, Integrity, Service, and Excellence. The Workplace Experience Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of amenity space operations and TX/CX programming from contract booking to event execution. Key responsibilities include scheduling, coordinating third-party vendors, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with insurance and contract requirements, and overseeing program logistics.

Additionally, the coordinator supports marketing and communications efforts, maintains programming documentation, conducts research to develop new engagement strategies, and compiles detailed reports that measure program success and community activation. Regular collaboration with property management, marketing, leasing teams, and vendors is essential to deliver high-quality experiences that reflect the client brand and enhance tenant satisfaction.

This position demands strong organizational skills, communication abilities, and a customer-centric mindset. Candidates will often be involved in physical event setup and may be required to work after-hours to oversee events. The role pays between $50,000 and $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, and includes benefits such as health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, and 401(k) retirement plans.

Working at CBRE means joining a vibrant community of professionals dedicated to creating significant impact in the commercial real estate sector. The company embraces diversity and inclusivity, offering reasonable accommodations to ensure all employees and applicants are supported. This role represents a unique opportunity for individuals looking to contribute to a collaborative, innovative, and service-driven workplace experience environment.
