Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year prior work experience preferably in professional, corporate, or hospitality settings
- Ability to work assigned hours determined by management
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with computer systems used in position
- Maintain professional appearance and conduct
- Adherence to all company policies and procedures
- Physical ability to lift and move items up to 40 pounds
- Capability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and sit for long periods

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Collaborate with Senior Team Lead to prepare visiting attorneys office including nameplates
- Confirm visitor day details with Senior Team Lead or concierge
- Provide and refresh amenity kits with beverages and snacks
- Anticipate and exceed client needs
- Gather and analyze client feedback to improve services
- Greet clients, attorneys, and guests professionally
- Maintain client preference profiles and replenish hospitality trays
- Provide office tours and assist with scanning receipts
- Meet and escort visiting clients and guests
- Manage service requests and ensure timely resolution
- Conduct floor walks to stock supplies and maintain cleanliness
- Troubleshoot and maintain printers
- Manage mail and courier services
- Participate in crisis response and emergency guidance
- Provide personalized concierge services including local recommendations and arrangements
