Job Requirements

  • Ability to work nights and weekends
  • Valid ServSafe certification or willingness to become certified
  • Ability to commute to Roanoke, IN 46783
  • Willingness to relocate before starting work if necessary
  • Ability to lead and motivate kitchen staff
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Must be punctual and reliable

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Proven experience in kitchen management or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Culinary skills including knife techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
  • Willingness to obtain ServSafe certification if not already certified

Job Duties

  • Oversee high volume food preparation and cooking activities in the kitchen
  • Ensure food service meets quality and safety standards
  • Handle food with care and adhere to proper food handling procedures
  • Utilize culinary expertise to create delicious meals
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Demonstrate knife skills and culinary techniques
  • Implement ServSafe guidelines to ensure food safety
