Job Requirements
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Valid ServSafe certification or willingness to become certified
- Ability to commute to Roanoke, IN 46783
- Willingness to relocate before starting work if necessary
- Ability to lead and motivate kitchen staff
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Must be punctual and reliable
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Proven experience in kitchen management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Culinary skills including knife techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
- Willingness to obtain ServSafe certification if not already certified
Job Duties
- Oversee high volume food preparation and cooking activities in the kitchen
- Ensure food service meets quality and safety standards
- Handle food with care and adhere to proper food handling procedures
