- Associate degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of three years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent judgment, observation, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent management and supervisory skills
- CPR First Aid Certification a plus

Job Duties
- Manage the organization's employee and visitor access policies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement safety and security policies and procedures
- Coordinate teammate safety and security programming including PPE, safe-lifting, and de-escalation training
- Establish badging and access criteria to ensure consistency
- Perform routine safety and security assessments and recommend strategies for risk reduction
- Provide and implement safety protocols for assigned facilities and information systems
- Take proactive steps to maintain a safe and secure working environment
- Conduct accident and incident investigations with root cause analysis
- Stay informed on safety trends, technology, regulations, and process improvements
- Manage safety equipment and supplies
- Provide administrative support to protection and compliance team including safety communications and scheduling
- Classify hazards and develop effective solutions
- Perform other related duties as assigned
