Job Requirements

  • Associate degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum of three years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent judgment, observation, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent management and supervisory skills
  • CPR First Aid Certification a plus

Job Duties

  • Manage the organization's employee and visitor access policies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement safety and security policies and procedures
  • Coordinate teammate safety and security programming including PPE, safe-lifting, and de-escalation training
  • Establish badging and access criteria to ensure consistency
  • Perform routine safety and security assessments and recommend strategies for risk reduction
  • Provide and implement safety protocols for assigned facilities and information systems
  • Take proactive steps to maintain a safe and secure working environment
  • Conduct accident and incident investigations with root cause analysis
  • Stay informed on safety trends, technology, regulations, and process improvements
  • Manage safety equipment and supplies
  • Provide administrative support to protection and compliance team including safety communications and scheduling
  • Classify hazards and develop effective solutions
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
