qualified for work-study funds from Financial Aid
enrolled as a FRCC student with minimum 6 credits
able to work up to 20 hours per week
capable of maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
good communication skills
friendly and approachable demeanor
able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
basic math skills

Job Qualifications

must be a FRCC student enrolled in at least 6 credits for the current semester
applicants must qualify for work-study funds from Financial Aid
prior experience as a baker, barista, or porter is not necessary
able to maintain high quality standards
possess good communication and interpersonal skills
coachable and eager to learn
positive attitude
able to handle basic math
knowledge of coffee and pastries is helpful

Job Duties

weigh and measure ingredients for production
assist in baking products and package products for sale
maintain an organized kitchen and food preparation area
interact with customers using superior communication skills
master the Point of Sale system to receive orders and payments from customers and make correct change
prepare items including craft coffee drinks
ensure customer happiness
remove trash and recyclables
ensure equipment and utensils are clean and sanitized
uphold cleanliness and sanitation protocols
