Job Duties
- operate and maintain the wood-fired pizza oven during service
- complete approximately 45 minutes of setup prior to each shift
- prepare and cook pizzas to order ensuring consistent quality and presentation
- work Thursday through Sunday from 4pm to closing
- maintain a clean and organized cooking station
- collaborate with front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
