Job Requirements
- Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs
- ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time
- willingness to adhere to Life Time standards for cleanliness and safety
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- experience in facility maintenance or custodial services is advantageous
- strong customer service skills
- ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
- good physical stamina

- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks
- washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat and orderly
- ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget
- responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures
- supports overall club operations by keeping spaces well-stocked and organized
- follows all safety and sanitation guidelines rigorously
- communicates effectively with team members and management to address facility needs
