The Facility Operations Team Member role at Life Time is a pivotal position ensuring that the club environment is consistently clean, orderly, and welcoming for all members. This is a hands-on role responsible for maintaining the appearance and safety of the facility, with duties including cleaning, stocking of supplies, and monitoring locker rooms to meet Life Time's high standards of presentation and hygiene. Job Requirements

Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs
ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time
willingness to adhere to Life Time standards for cleanliness and safety
availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred
experience in facility maintenance or custodial services is advantageous
strong customer service skills
ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
good physical stamina
attention to detail
ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks
washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat and orderly
ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget
responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures
supports overall club operations by keeping spaces well-stocked and organized
follows all safety and sanitation guidelines rigorously
communicates effectively with team members and management to address facility needs
