The Facility Operations Team Member plays a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall presentation of Life Time clubs. This position ensures that all areas of the facility, including indoor and outdoor spaces, meet the high standards expected by both the company and its members. The role involves daily maintenance duties such as cleaning, stocking supplies, and ensuring locker rooms are orderly and well-maintained. In addition to these operational tasks, the Facility Ops Team Member is responsible for assisting members by answering questions related to Life Time products, services, and policies, thereby contributing to a positive member experience.

This is an hourly position with a starting wage of $15.00 per hour, which can increase up to $18.00 depending on experience and qualifications.
