Previous wok cook experience preferred

Job Duties

Cook, portion, and garnish dishes using traditional wok techniques while ensuring flavor, consistency, and presentation standards
Set up and operate your wok station efficiently
assist teammates as needed
maintain proper stock and supplies
Taste and visually check dishes to guarantee bold flavors and appealing presentation
Handle food safely
monitor temperatures
follow all closing and cleaning procedures
