With a strong commitment to guest satisfaction and exceptional service, Marriott Westlake provides a welcoming environment where every guest feels valued and cared for. Joining the team at Marriott Dallas/Fort Worth Westlake means becoming part of a dynamic and upscale work culture that emphasizes professionalism, teamwork, and growth. This new dining concept combines bold design with warm, human hospitality to deliver an exceptional culinary and social experience to guests. The position available is Barback, a critical role within the Food and Beverage department, reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager and classified as non-exempt.

The Barback acts as the bartender’s essential support, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of the bar during service. The Barback will contribute to guest satisfaction by preparing the bar area, replenishing supplies, and ensuring that all service items are ready for each guest interaction. Working at Marriott Westlake provides employees with the opportunity to learn and grow in a professional culinary environment, building skills in customer service, multitasking, and hospitality operations. The role demands excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work gracefully under pressure in a fast-paced setting.

In addition to the engaging work environment, Marriott supports its employees with a focus on safety and sanitation, professionalism, and a team-oriented culture. The Barback position requires a proactive approach to guest needs, maintaining an appealing bar display, assisting in cleaning tasks, and supporting teammates to ensure seamless dining and drinking experiences. Employees benefit from a collaborative atmosphere where communication and teamwork are essential, and where they conduct themselves in a professional manner as key representatives of the Marriott brand. If you are passionate about hospitality and thrive in a lively, guest-focused environment, this role at Marriott Dallas/Fort Worth Westlake offers a rewarding career path with growth potential and the opportunity to contribute to an innovative culinary concept.
