The position available is Barback, a critical role within the Food and Beverage department, reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager and classified as non-exempt.

The Barback acts as the bartender’s essential support, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of the bar during service. This job involves close awareness of service flow, timely assistance to bartenders, servers, and hosts, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization at the bar station. The Barback will contribute to guest satisfaction by preparing the bar area, replenishing supplies, and ensuring that all service items are ready for each guest interaction.
