Those hired in this role will report directly to the Front of House Manager and be evaluated through measurable performance metrics and scheduled reviews to ensure standards are consistently met. The employment is hourly, with a starting pay of $7.25 during the training period and $2.13 plus tips for regular shifts post-training, with opportunities to earn $20 plus tips during private events.
